Arbitration

Any possible disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of the implementation, interpretation, and performance of these Terms and Conditions, shall be settled through arbitration by a single arbitrator to be appointed in accordance with the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).

Also, the arbitrator shall be a trusted person who is legally trained and who has an experience in the information technology field and he is totally independent of either party. The venue of the arbitration shall be in "Cairo, Egypt". The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Regarding the final result of the arbitrator, it shall be final-binding and it may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction and enforced in accordance with the Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the website has the full right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through competent courts.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Egypt. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts and to waive any objections based upon venue.

Refund for Cash On Delivery Orders

In case of return and the payment method was "cash on delivery", then the customer is eligible for a cash refund within 15 days; after the 15 days if the customer was unreachable the money will be refunded via voucher and the customer can't require to take it in a cash method.

Termination

In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without advance notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions.

Upon any termination of this agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to use of the website, also we shall, plus any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all your used password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to sign-up to the website in whole or in part.

Special Cases

Kindly be informed that ordered items are based on their availability till the time of shipping.

In case of return and the payment method was cash on delivery, the customer is eligible for a cash refund within 15 days and after the 15 days if the customer was unreachable the money will be refunded through a voucher card and the customer isn't able to request to take it in a cash method.

Marketing & Gift vouchers should be used once per customer.

Customers are requested to have only one account on the website.

In case of creating various accounts or using any voucher more than once/per customer, we has the right to take legal action against the customer.

Any voucher abuse will be handled by our legal team and the customer account will be blacklisted and he/she will not be able to place an order from us again.

If the customer wants to return the delivered item for changing their mind/dislike/no technical reason; he/she will have to pay the pick-up return fees.

Please, note that postal refunds will only be kept for 60 days as per the new postal office rules.

Flash Sales

Flash sale promotional discounts (Flash Sales) are short-time offers on certain items that may be deeply discounted and of limited availability.

Flash Sales may only be applied on only one unit of each product (unless otherwise stated).

Each Flash Sale is subject to two time restrictions. The first restriction applies to the overall Flash Sale and is indicated with the sale details. Items must be added to the cart before this time expires. The second restriction applies after an item from the Flash Sale has been added to the cart and is valid for a limited time. Orders must be completed before the expiration of both time periods.

A Flash Sale must be redeemed by checking out by clicking the “Proceed to Checkout” button from your Shopping Cart.

A limited quantity of Flash Sales is available on certain items. If supplies are still available after all of the Flash Sales have been used, customers may purchase the item at its regular price.

Flash Sales are good only for specific products featured.

Flash Sales discounts do not apply on ship/taxes.

If you return a product purchased using a Flash Sale, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies.
